Shipping Policy
Except for small single item orders, there is just one delivery charge for any order however small and however large. This is
- For UK - £4.47 (£5.14 inc VAT)
- Small single item orders - £2.67 (£3.07 incl VAT) - upder £15 in total
- For rest of Europe - £8.67 (£9.97 inc VAT, where applicable)
- For rest of world - £27.50 (no VAT)
- Overnight courier or regular postage is used depending on which provides the most economical service. Should faster delvery be required, the delivery charge will be at cost plus a £5 handling fee.
Warranty and Returns Policy
All goods are sold with a full twelve month warranty (
see the section above for our Returns Policy).
If you are dissatisfied for any reason with any of our products they may be returned for full refund.
Contact customer services (
Customerservice@opusalbums.com) to be issued with a returns number. Do note that in order to return goods for refund only one of each product ordered may have been ordered. The remainder must be returned in their original packaging, in merchantable condition together with the opened products.
